Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the booking process has been completed successfully.

Please make sure you choose the correct session length for your shoot, including enough time for setup, styling, shooting, and pack down.

Payment Policy

Payment terms are shown during the booking process. Bookings are not considered secured until payment has been made and confirmation has been received.

• Please review all booking details carefully before completing payment.
• Any add-ons or extras may be charged separately where applicable.
• Prices and session details are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to move your booking, please contact the studio as early as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Where rescheduling is allowed, the studio may require a minimum notice period before the original session time.

• Advance notice is strongly recommended.
• Late rescheduling requests may not be accepted.
• Repeated changes may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made too close to the booking time may be non-refundable. This is because the studio has reserved that time specifically for your session.

If your booking includes non-recoverable preparation or customised arrangements, these may also be non-refundable.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive on time for your session. Your booking includes only the time slot reserved, so late arrival may reduce your available shooting time.

• Setup and pack down should be included within your booked session time.
• Early access cannot always be guaranteed.
• If you need extra time, please arrange this in advance where possible.

Using the Studio

Clients are expected to use the studio respectfully and leave the space in a clean and reasonable condition after use.

• Please treat studio furniture, equipment, props, and backdrops with care.
• Do not move or alter anything that has not been approved by the studio.
• Any special setup requests should be discussed before your session.
• Children or extra guests should be supervised at all times where applicable.

Damage & Liability

The person making the booking may be held responsible for any damage caused during the session by themselves or anyone attending with them.

The studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought onto the premises. Please take care of your own equipment, products, and valuables.

Content Delivery

If content creation or final delivery is included within your booking, turnaround times and deliverables should be agreed in advance.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the type of session booked.
• Please clarify any editing, retouching, or output requirements before the shoot.
• Any additional edits or revisions may be charged separately if not included.
